We would like to take the opportunity to announce the newest members of the CSTA Board of Directors.

Each year, CSTA’s membership votes to elect representatives to their Board of Directors. This year, four positions on the Board were open and the online election took place from Feb. 26 to March 26. We would like to take the opportunity to announce the newest members of the CSTA Board of Directors:
K-8 Representative: Vicky Sedgwick
9-12 Representative: Art Lopez
At-Large Representative: Michelle Friend
District Representative: Dan Blier
These four new Board members will begin serving their two-year terms at the July Board meeting, held in conjunction with the CSTA Conference. We appreciate their service and the service of all volunteers who help CSTA promote and support K-12 CS education.
Additionally, CSTA membership voted on two bylaws changes to update the bylaws to reflect the current practices of CSTA and on voting rights. Both of these bylaws changes were approved through your vote.
Thank you to our membership for taking the time to ensure their voice was heard. Congratulations to our new representatives.
