To increase computer science access and engagement for all students, Fairfax County Public Schools has created a simplified set of computer science design principles that guide us in expanding CS learning with integrity and fidelity. Drawing on Virginia’s Computer Science Standards of Learning and an integrated, concept-based approach, the three principles are computer science practices, 21st-century skills, and core content integration.
